TOUGH LOCK™ Contact Tips are manufactured from high-quality, high-conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that controls tip tolerances. When mated with a TOUGH LOCK™ Retaining Heads, they produce lower contact tip temperatures.

• For 0.035″ (0.9 mm) wire 
• Locking feature prevents contact tip and retaining head from overheating due to the loosening vibration often causes – cooler temperatures reduces wear and extends consumable life 
• Greater Surface area contact between the contact tip, retaining head and neck ensures better heat dissipation and guarantees positive electrical conductivity
